4. How do I get to your office?

We are near to UPM (Map). The following shows the ways you can use to reach us:

 

From South of Malaysia (Negeri Sembilan / Melaka / Johor / South of Selangor):

a. If you are taking express bus you will possibly use KL-Seremban Highway. You will pass through nilai -> bangi -> kajang -> serdang / UPM. Ask driver to stop at ‘Bus perhentian Serdang’. Then use our Map to reach us. It takes about 15 minutes walking distance to reach us.

 

b. If you are taking KTM Commuter you can drop at KTM Serdang. Then get a taxi to reach us. We are 10 min car distance from the KTM station.

 

c. If you come with your own transport, then you can use north south high way. You will pass through nilai -> bangi -> kajang -> serdang / UPM. Turn to your left to exit from Serdang toll. After the toll, go straight and you will see UPM, Petronas petrol station on your left handside. Then use our Map to reach us. It takes about 5 minutes car distance to reach us.

 

From North of Malaysia (Perak / Penang / Kedah / Perlis / North of Selangor):

a. If you are taking express bus you will possibly stop at ‘Bus perhentian Pudu Raya’. Wait for Metrobus number 17 in front Kota Raya Shopping Centre (diagonal side of Pudu Raya). Inform bus driver to drop you at Taman Seri Serdang. Once you reach Taman Seri Serdang or any place around UPM. Use our Map to reach us.

 

b. If you are using KTM Commuter you can drop at KL Centre and get another Commuter to KTM Serdang. When you reach KTM Serdang, get a taxi to reach us. We are 10 min car distance from KTM station.

 

c. If you come with your own transport, you will possibly use KL-Seremban Highway. You need to follow Damansara / Subang sign board to reach Sunway. Then use LDP high way to reach us. You will pass through Puchong -> Technology Park Malaysia -> Bukit Jalil -> Serdang Raya before reach our  company.

 

From East of Malaysia (Pahang / Terengganu / Kelantan):

a. If you are taking express bus you will possibly stop at ‘Bus perhentian Pudu Raya’. Wait for Metrobus number 17 in front Kota Raya Shopping Centre (diagonal side of Pudu Raya). Inform bus driver to drop you at Taman Seri Serdang. Once you reach Taman Seri Serdang or any place around UPM. Use our Map to reach us.

 

b. If you come with your own transport, you will possibly use East-West Highway. Follow Seremban / Kajang sign board. You will pass through Genting -> Gombak -> Hulu Kelang -> Wangsa Maju -> Pandan Indah -> Cheras -> Sungai Besi Toll. Exit from Serdang toll. Use our Map to reach us.

 

From Puchong Subang / PJ / Shah Alam / Klang:

a. If you are using KTM Commuter you can drop at KL Centre and get another Commuter to KTM Serdang. When you reach KTM Serdang, get a taxi to reach us. We are 10 min car distance from KTM station.

 

b. If you are using your own transport, you need to follow Damansara / Subang sign board to reach Sunway. Then use LDP high way to reach us. You will pass through Puchong -> Technology Park Malaysia -> Bukit Jalil -> Serdang Raya before reach our  company.

 

From KL:

For general quotation, you have to login your account. Then add items into your shopping cart and checkout. We will immediately send you an email about your order. Take this as your order reference / quotation. To confirm the order, you just need to bank in the total to our bank account.

We only provide official quotation (with company stamp and sign) to person who confirms to place order from us. In this case you have to forwards us the general quotation we emailed to you and we will compile it to our official quotation. Within 48 hours we will fax you our official quotation.

1. What are your payment options?

We offer following payment options. Once we received your payment we will process your order:

 

a. Cash bank in through Maybank teller: You can bank in any amount of cash (e.g. RM12.35) to our bank account through this service. No service charge required. Our account will be updated with your bank in amount within 10 minutes. Keep your bank in receipt for our reference.

 

b.Cash bank in through Maybank cash machine: The minimum amount of note accepted by cash machine is RM10. Thus it is only suitable for trading which doesn’t involves RM1, RM2, RM5 and cents. E.g. You can bank in RM80, but cannot bank in RM86.25 through this service. Our account will be updated with your bank in amount within 10 minutes. Keep your bank in receipt for our reference.

 

c. Transfer amount through Maybank cash machine: For customer who has bank account in Maybank. You can use cash machine to transfer payment to our Maybank account. Our account will be updated with your transfer amount within 10 minutes. Keep your bank transfer receipt for our reference.

 

d. Cheque bank in through Maybank cheque deposit machine: You can issue company / personal cheque and bank in the cheque to us through cheque deposit machine. Our account will be updated with your bank in amount after 3 days. Keep your bank in receipt for our reference.

 

e. Through post office money order: You can buy money order from post office and post to us using post express or other secured delivery service. It takes about 2-3 days for us to get your money order. Once we get your money order, we will clear it from post office within 24 hours. Keep your posting information for tracking purpose.

 

f. Transfer amount through Maybank2u.com.my: If you have Maybank2u online service you can login your account and transfer payment amount to our Maybank account. Our account will be updated with your transfer amount within 10 minutes. Keep your bank transfer history for our reference.

Within Sabah / Sarawak / Labuan: RM20.00 for weight below 1Kg. More than 1Kg the sub-break is RM12/Kg.

For any order more or equal to RM80 you can get free delivery from us.
